Terms of Use
These are the general terms and conditions of business of Aentry, an App owned by GBAsia Solutions pte. ltd. with registered address at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, 049422, SINGAPORE.
OFFER
1) GBAsia Solutions pte. ltd. (A private company registered in Singapore) (hereinafter referred to as “Aentry” or the pronouns “we” or “us”) runs the website https://aentry.app and the corresponding app Aentry (“App” or “Aentry” for short) which allows the users of our app to get guestlist access to participating bars, pubs, clubs, etc. (hereafter known as Venues) which cooperate with us to provide users of our app with guestlist access, special promotions and tickets to exclusive events or offers.
2) The guestlist access is solely the responsibility of the respective venues. Each Venue may impose their terms and conditions for the guestlist access available on our app. The terms and conditions for guestlist access imposed by Venues will be specified in the app, however Venues reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice to us or to you. Additionally, the venues can end their cooperation with us and thus the participation in the offer of our app at any time, with no prior notice to you. While we will endeavour to always keep all venues listings in our app up to date, there is no claim or guarantee to users that certain Venues will permanently, or in the future actually offer guestlist access or other deals or promotions via our app. By placing a Guestlist boking through our App, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these limitations.
3) We do not operate venues ourselves and do not ourselves offer any guestlist access or other goods or promotions ourselves, but are only acting as intermediaries between our users and the venues for which we take marketing measures.
REGISTRATION, TERMS OF USE, COSTS & MEMBERSHIP OBLIGATIONS
4) In order to make use of our app or take advantage of any offers, you must first register an account with us. In doing so, you undertake to provide correct and complete information as requested during registration process, which must be kept up-to-date by the user in case of changes.
5) Only users who are at 18 years of age or older can register and use our app. The following personal data is required for registration: Full Name, gender, email address and mobile phone number. The personal data provided during registration must be correct, complete and up-to-date; otherwise we are entitled to terminate the contract of use without notice. By registering, you consent to joining our marketing mailing list so that we send you an email newsletter, or text message marketing, to which you can unsubscribe anytime.
6) You can also register using the “Google Sign In” , or “Apple Sign In” functions. More details can be found in our privacy policy, the terms of use which are governed by, Google and Apple respectively.
7) As a part of the usage agreement, you may book Guestlist entry to participating Venues, for redemption, completely free of charge. A valid subscription to Aentry (“subscription” for short) is required to book and redeem Guestlist access. The subscription allows users to book and redeem Guestlist access for 1 person, specifically the subscriber, at any participating venue that offers free Guestlist access. Bookings must be redeemed before midnight on the day of the booking.
8) Individual venues may impose a cutoff time or additional terms and conditions (eg: a dress code) to redeem the Guestlist booking and enter their venue. Venues have absolute discretion to decide whether to permit entry to their premises. If a user fails to show up within the cutoff time to redeem the Guestlist entry, the booking will be forfeited.
9) Subscriptions run for one (1) calendar month and are extended automatically. Your credit/debit card will be automatically charged at the renewal period until you cancel your subscription.
10) Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, from within the App, upon which your credit/debit card will not be charged again at the end of the current subscription period, which is displayed in the app in the “My Subscriptions” section.
11) Users who have cancelled their subscription will still be entitled to all membership benefits, including booking Guestlist Access to Venues, throughout the remaining duration of their membership.
12) The termination of the subscription shall only terminate the usage agreement for sections relevant to the paid subscription. The possibility of termination without notice for good cause remains open to both parties; As an important reason, for e.g. but not exclusively, the non-payment of the costs of a running or new membership by the users or the repeated non-availability of Guestlist Access to venues by us.
13) With respect to the cost of a monthly membership, the current prices shown in our App apply. We reserve the right to revise or change these prices at any time. Should we decide to implement revised subscription prices to users with an existing subscription, we shall communicate with you accordingly to seek your renewed consent to the revised subscription price. Alternatively, we may, at our sole discretion, opt to allow you to continue to be subscribed at the monthly subscription price that you originally signed up for.
14) If a promo code is redeemed, you are required to have an active subscription in order to benefit from the promo code’s rewards. If you are a new user, or do not have an active subscription, any redeemed promo codes will not take effect until you have saved your credit/debit card details and selected a subscription plan.
15) In the case of promo codes that offer a period of free subscription, the free subscription period will take effect from the day the promo code is redeemed, provided that you have an active subscription. If you do not have an active subscription, Clause (14) applies. Upon selecting a subscription plan, your credit/debit card will not be charged, and you will be able to enjoy the free subscription until it’s expiry, upon which your credit/debit card will automatically be charged for the renewal of your subscription.
16) In the case of promo codes that offer a discount to your subscription, the discount shall only apply to the initial period of the active subscription plan you chose. Subsequent renewals will be charged at the full, non-discounted subscription rate. For example, if you redeem a promo code that gives you a 10% subscription discount, and subscribe to a monthly subscription plan, you will enjoy a 10% discount for the first month you are subscribed, and will be charged the full subscription rate for subsequent months. If you are in the midst of an active subscription, you will enjoy the discount for the following month’s subscription renewal
17) Certain venues may offer special deals as an additional purchase. These deals may or may not be exclusive to subscribed Aentry members. Just like the Guestlist Access, we do not make any guarantee as to the accuracy or availability of any deals or promos advertised or offered by venues. Venues are free to impose additional restrictions and/or terms and conditions for all deals and promotions.
18) All deals purchased within the app must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of purchase or will be forfeited. Additionally all purchases are non transferable and restricted to the venue that offers said deal.
19) Certain venues may offer deals at a different rate for Aentry subscribers and non-subscribers, or may restrict purchase only to Aentry subscribers. If you have purchased a deal while you are an Aentry subscriber, you will be able to redeem that deal any time within 30 days, even if your subscription has expired. If you did not have an active subscription when purchasing a deal, and subsequently subscribed to Aentry, you will still be able to redeem that deal within 30 days of purchase, but will not be entitled to any refund or discounts for that purchase, if that deal offered a discounted price to subscribers.
20) Certain deals offered by venues may be bundles that have restrictions on the number of redemptions you can make in a day. You will not be able to redeem more than the stipulated limit in any day, and must redeem all items in the bundle within 30 days of purchase. For example, there may be a deal that offers 10 drinks for a special price, but restricts you to only 2 redemptions per day. In this case you will only be able to redeem 2 of those drinks from this venue, up to a maximum of 10 drinks. If you do not redeem all 10 drinks within 30 days of the deal’s purchase, you will forfeit the remaining balance.
21) Certain promotions, events or deals may have additional terms and conditions. In such a case, the terms stipulated during the sale of such items shall prevail, not the terms listed herewith.
22) Aentry may make available within the app purchase of tickets granting access to special events, restricted to specific days. Event tickets purchased shall be valid only for the specified day and venue, and may come with additional terms and conditions that will be stipulated in the app at the time of purchase. When purchasing any event tickets, the event organiser may need to contact you to complete the procedures needed to give you access to the said event. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email and mobile phone number you used to sign up to Aentry is correct and up to date, as the event organiser will reach out to you using these channels. If you need to change your contact information, kindly contact the event organiser directly.
23) Certain event tickets sold may have different ticket prices for Aentry members vs non-members. Additionally, there may be different numbers of tickets available for sale to members vs non-members. If a ticket is purchased while membership is still active, you will be purchasing the ticket at the member price. In this case, you are required to have an active membership on the day of the event in order to redeem the event ticket. The event organiser reserves the right to deny you access to the ticket, or impose other unspecified restrictions, in the event that you do not have an active membership on the day of the event.
24) Event organisers have the right to impose additional terms and conditions to their events which, by purchasing a ticket to said event, you agree to comply with. These terms and conditions will be stipulated on the details of the Events and tickets pages, and may be subject to change at any time, with no prior notice to you.
25) Tickets to events must be redeemed before midnight on the day of the event. Certain events may impose a different cut-off time, which will be stipulated on the event details page or ticket terms and conditions. The event organiser reserves the right to deny entry to the event for latecomers, or non-compliance with any terms and conditions, at their sole and absolute discretion.
26) We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with no prior notice to you. We strongly encourage you to come back to this page and review the up to date terms and conditions from time to time. Your continued use of Aentry or our services will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
