Aentry, pronounced as “entry” (with a silent A), is a nightlife and lifestyle app that gives access to clubs and events in Singapore.

There’s a free version for Basic Members which gives:

  • free entry to basic venues
  • regular priced tickets to events
  • There is also a 12.90sgd/month Membership Subscription that gives:

  • free entry to basic and premium venues
  • free drinks at selected venues
  • discounted priced tickets to events
  • Do note that some clubs may impose specific terms and conditions. For example, a venue may require entry before a certain cut-off timing. Such terms and conditions will be specified in the respective event listings.

    Members have full control of their membership and can subscribe or cancel anytime via the “My Account” tab on the app.

    You can browse for upcoming events via the Venue tab or the Events tab. Basic members will be able to access a certain quota of Tickets. Subscribers will be able to access a different set of Tickets with better perks and/or more quantity of slots.

    A non-member can opt in to be a Subscribed Member at any juncture under the “My Account” tab.

    IAn existing Subscribed Member can cancel the membership at any juncture under the “My Account” tab to end all member perks immediately. Any unused days in the month’s membership will not be prorated for any reimbursement.

    Under each Event, there is a Ticket tab. A Ticket with a “Redeem” word means that you have successfully gotten a ticket. On the day of the event, clicking on the “Redeem” word will lead you to a page for the door staff to key in their 4 digit authorisation code to check you into the event.

    Please note that tampering with the 4 digit code on your own and accidentally checking-in the ticket yourself with a correctly guessed code would deem the ticket used and therefore not available for use again when you reach the event door. Such cases will not be valid for a refund and a new ticket has to be purchased.

    Tickets sold are final and non-refundable. Change of minds or accidental clicks are not valid for cancellations or refunds.

    Subscriptions are monthly payments for a service. To become a Subscribed Member, a user has to click "Subscribe" or “Subscribe for 12.90/mth” to enjoy Aentry membership with automatic renewal on a monthly basis.

    Users can cancel their membership anytime before the renewal date on the “My Account” tab to prevent being charged for the next term. If the membership is not cancelled by the renewal date, it means that the user is continuing the membership and will be automatically charged for the next month

    It takes a user at least 2 clicks and the keying in of credit card details (not necessary in this order) to activate a subscription. A renewal date is always shown right after the activation of a subscription. For users that were given a free trial period, a renewal date is always shown right after the activation of the free trial period as well. Aentry is hence strictly unable to provide refunds for


    -cases where users clicked on the Subscribe button accidentally
    -cases where users were testing the Subscribe buttons to see what comes next
    -cases where users have had a change of mind
    -cases where users had an oversight and forgot to cancel before renewal date

    No, there is no limit. You can obtain tickets for any number of Events listed. Each event has its own terms and conditions. One account is typically able to obtain one ticket per event.

    We currently accept Visa and Mastercard only.

    Tickets obtained before the cancellation of the subscribed membership still remain in your account. After the cancellation of the subscription, your account will revert to basic access at the end of the current membership period.
    Do note that some events may explicitly require you to be an active Aentry Subscribed Member to redeem the ticket, in which case you may be denied entry, at the event manager’s discretion

    We’re sorry to see you go. You can delete your account from the My Account screen in the Aentry App.

    Please note that any active subscription will be cancelled and your membership along with any unclaimed or unused Aentry tickets, purchases or offers are forfeited immediately. You will not be entitled to any refunds. Deleting your account cannot be undone and we will be unable to recover any of your data including proof of purchases.

    At the moment all tickets are tagged to the name of the account holder and are not transferrable.

    All ticket sales are final and not transferrable or refundable.

    The terms and conditions for entry to all events and venues are stipulated in the app at the time you are making the purchase or booking. While we make every effort to ensure that the terms and conditions displayed are  up to date, the event organiser or venue proprietor maintains the rights to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

    It is ultimately the discretion of the venue or event organiser to allow or deny access. If you believe you have been unfairly denied access please contact us at support@aentry.app for us to investigate the matter.

    The details of the cutoff times and other terms and conditions (eg: age limit) will be stipulated on the details of the event page. Do read each Event listing in detail. However if no cutoff time is specified, our standard cutoff time of 12:00 midnight applies.

    At the moment all tickets purchased can only be redeemed through our App. Please download the Aentry App and login with the same account you used to purchase the ticket on our website. You will be able to view the ticket by going to the respective event page within our app.
